Hey to all gear heads, just found this place searching for a ride, yet distance seems to be the challenge. Yet the info here is abundant, so i'll stick around and see what i can absorb and even help with.
Basically looking for a ride that Turbo of course, but AWD is preferred, but not totally required. I'd even pick up a nice GN if it was clean. Been beating by a few of those over the years, so would be nice. Must say that the TT VR4's and Stealth's are kinda rare, for the most part.
Thanks for the ear
Larry

I see from your info you have a 300C SRT-8! sweet...how do you like it?
anyways, if you are seriously considering a VR-4 or RT/TT, i'd recommend you read the 'vr4 as a first car' thread. i know its not your first car, but theres alot of good info in there, as well as the FAQ's thread, that will most likely answer every question you have about the platform.
The best thing i can say about them is probably that the fan base is very devoted and willing to help each other out. The car is very unique and you will probably fall in love with it. The performance is great, and the mods exist to make it as fast as you want!
Welcome to AF!

Sweet ride on the SRT-8. Welcome to AF! As I demonstrated in the OT thread, tis will not get as many posts nor views as it is a guy. And since most of the people on this section of the forums are heterosexual men (or at least that is what I presume), less interest may be expressed.
Stick around and post up some pics!

Welcome :) I'm still a bit of a newb on this site, but far from a newb when it comes to these cars :D If you have any questions, just ask!! Chances are, if I can't answer it, one of these boys (and girls) can ;) HAHA

Welcom to AF!
The best thing about the VR4 is it's looks. There is no car for under 35grand that can match it imo.
anyway, hope you stick around. ask any specific questions that you may have,

I agree, I think you will be very pleased with a VR4, no car IMO besides the incredible styling and looks, will you find a car thats AWD, option of 5-6 speed, TT, capable of being consistently in the 12's for around $1000-$1200. A great car very far advanced for its time, and still one of the highly respected jap. supercars of the 90's...

Thanks for the welcome, i've been a gear head alot of my life and had mustangs and cobra's over the years, turbo Tsi's yet only the Fwd, fun and now i'm considering Something new, I like the VR4's and Stealths TT, yet i'm open to suggestions.
As for the SRT8 it's a car that has that surprise factor, it has it all, just isn't so tuner friendly without forged internals. Very capable 4400lb sedan.

Welcome to the forums.
I can help you find a 3S if you want, but I am more versed at finding turbo Mopars. If you need any help, don't be afraid to ask.

Agreed.
My aunt came to visit me and she said my family seems to have a problem with buying new cars when she saw my Stealth. I laughed and told her that I've never owned a new car in my life. In fact my '98 Sebring was the newest car I've ever owned. I then told her it was a '91 and I paid a measly $6,400 for it.
Needless to say, her jaw dropped.
They just have timeless styling.

Ah, the pictures do her more justice. She's a little rough in person, mostly on the inside.
Thank you though, I'm flattered. :)

^ if u parked urs next to mine in a car show, people would only look at my car to see if they can lean on it while they look at urs, regardless of the interior...mine isnt great either
