small block swap

if i put a 350 in a 1991 s10 that already has a 4.3......Do i have to change the ecu, fuel pump or throttle body? I'd really like to keep it fuel injected and use a newer LT-1 from a mid to late 90s truck or camaro. I don't really want anything spectacular, just a daily driver. I've done one V8 S10 swap but fuel injected to carburated 350 so I know about the mounts and exhaust. Any other info would be great.
