can someone help me and give me an idea where i can fined the damm phone

Try searching on Ebay there are BMW phones for sale there frequently. Another possible source is a BMW recycler such as Zygmunt.com or bimmerparts.com

Dealers can't really help anylonger as the CPT 6000 phones are discontinued. It is possible to upgrade to the digital phones CPT7000 or CPT8000, but the cost gets pretty high. Motorola has a web page for BMW dealers to use and we have found a username and password to browse it, this may help you to understand what your upgrade options are.
