Anybody got a good solution for a headliner that is disentigrating? It looks really shabby and I was wondering if any had a more creative solution than just having the headliner replaced.

No other way to deal with it but replace it, especially if it is sagging anywhere. Cheap and easy to do on a Corsica. The foam gets old and rots, separates, and the surface of the foam starts to sag eventually. No way to stop it. You can get a foam piece at a fabric shop (although most will not have exact color, maybe not even close) or do like I did and either go to a company that does car upholstry and buy a section (buy 3m glue at Advance auto) or buy a ready made kit from one of many places online. I have had luck doing both. On one site I remember they had photos showing how to do(name escapes me right now) they have many examples to show how it's done. Do an internet search. You can do it for less than 50 bucks.

I have this same problem. First I put tacks in the ceiling to hold it up, that lasted about 1 hour and they'd fall on the car seats. Asked some friends who told me to tear it completely off and glue it back up. But if you want an easy solution, that doesn't look great but works. Go to the fabric/craft department and buy upholstery tacks. They have a corkscrew pin on them and they work great. Then again all I care about is keeping the fabric off my head. Just a suggestion, good luck.

I heard of a new product for this problem. I don't know the name but it's a adhesive in aerosol form...Suppost to work well.
