Help with skyline intructions

i bought an mp4/5b on internet and in the box besides the complete mclaren came an skyline...
seems to be complete, except for the instructions an decals. the body have some putty on, so if some body knows how can i remove it...

but what i need the more is the instructions, so if some body can help me and send me a scan, i'll be very thankful
