AC and Heater Help

I have a 2002 Tracker LT, with cold air and good heat. However, when the fan is on high, you can hear the fan making noise and sounds that it is working properly. But there is very, very little air coming out of floor vents, dash vents, and Defroster vents. Is this a major fix?

Please help I am freezing!

Since I cannot get any replys from this site I had to troubleshoot on my own, It was trash and debris in Blower fan.
