Possible to Add Steering Wheel Controls?

I have a 2005 GP base and was wondering if it was possible to add steering wheel controls. Is it just a steering wheel (or plastic bevel-piece) swap? Is the wiring already in place?

I'd rather ask and hope someone knows than to start pulling apart my steering wheel to find it can't be done.
