97 concorde help?

i have a 97 concorde 2.7 can anybody send me or tell me how to replace the plastic water outlet,that the top hose connects to on the motor? does the intake have to come off or can u replace it without doing that? any help and instructions would be appreciated. thnx troy p.s a copy of alldata instructions would really be great :)
