98 4.6 automatic squeal problem and window problem

Ok here is the problem, In the early mornings, mostly cold, when you first start the car it has a terrible squeal. Once you get the car warmed up, the car will start and run with no squeals. 2nd problem is the window stop on the drivers side door (the little metal piece that keeps the window from going up to far) has broke off. We tried fixing it with some 5 minute epoxy. Needless to say that didn't work. So is there any glue that will hold it to the window. Or will we just have to drill some holes and bolt it to the window.

Squeal, check the belt or belt tensioner.
As for the metal window stop try some 3M orange stuff or permatex.
