im trying to replace the sway bar kit (stabilizer bar link) but it rusted , so how can i get them off

Break them. Cut them in half. They will in all likely hood break when you try to get them off anyway.

Whatever floats your boat - a nut splitter, a Dremel with a cutoff wheel, a grinding wheel, a torch, a hacksaw, whatever. Just be careful not to damage anything else.

I usually lock a pair of vise grip pliers to the nut, wedge the pliers against something convenient and use a long 1/2" drive ratchet to spin the bolt. Most of the time they just break off. I've also used an air grinder with abrasive wheel to cut the nut off.
