please my 98 caravan wont start

my 98 caravan wont run it turns over but wont fire checked fuel filter but wasnt it it ran for a few minuts after but now it wont fire any suggestions on what could be the problem

Turn the key to "on" and listen for a humm at the fuel tank. Silence? Smack the tank with a mallet. Still silent? Check for power and a ground at the fuel pump connector. Got both? Change the fuel pump.

fuel pupm works no spark wont fire though

No spark? PCM commands coil to deliver voltage to plug wires. Coil would be my first choice. Inspect the connection at the coil from the PCM for corrosion.

I had a bad cam sensor which caused the same problem. Is your vehicle throwing any error codes?

Matt....I was having problems with my van too.... found out that the computer was wacked out. It was adding too much gas causing it to flood. Check out my thread. Chrysler repair guy gave me some great tips.
