VIN number problem

Hi
I've bought 1928 Buick. I has in title VIN no 1960889. I can't find this number in the car. In other hand I found plate with following numbers:
Job no 7610
body no 15325
but this numbers not write down in title of this car. It is problem for me because in Monday i have check out in custom office and i have to describe how the title is connect to this car. If somebody cane help me I will be very grateful
