superchargers for 2001-525i.....

Hello guys..... Just bought a 2001 525i instead of 330ci, (needed more space) anyone knows if there is a supercharger available for the new 2.5 I6 engine yet? if yes who makes it how to i contact them.....

A turbo or supercharger for a BMW is GOD AWEFULL EXPENSIVE. Talk to the guys at Active Autowerke for a custom job... for comparison sake, they dont' make a kit espically for my 96 328 and they quoted me 13,000 dollars to put a turbo in. Anyone else has quoted me 10.5k for a supercharger.

No its not that expensive..... I think one can get a decent job done 5-6K. Go and visit ESS or RMS websites... they both make BMW parts. ESS has made for all th enew engines and 2.5 I6 is due any time...... waiting for it will make my car go from 185hp to 290hp........ cant wait.
