1994 Bonnie coolant leak

I have a 1994 3800 engine. The coolant isn't leaking it's pouring out of the bottom of the water pump area. I replaced the hose nipple (above the water pump and below the altenator ) that was broke. I guess I fixed half the problem.. I have never seen a water pump leak like this ?? I can't tell if it's coming from the pump ? But I don't know where else coolant would be coming from ? Could it be something else. All the hoses are good. Thanks for any help..
