Type-R manifold vs a regular 95 EX

I have this friend that is selling his type R mainfold and I want to know the major differences between the two and I know the Type R would be a better manifold, but does anyone know the exact specs and what it will add power and torqe wise to my car.

it most likely wont fit on your car since you have an ex with a d-series you could probably use his TB with some modification that will open up airflow a bit more
