Well, ive got rear speakers all set up. They sound pretty nice, worth the investment. (Some pictures below). Now i was just hoping to fool around with the art of wiring. I understand i need a positive and a negative, the negative being the ground. What's the "ground"? Where do i hook up the + wire?

Do you mean that you want to hook up an amp? If the speakers work already, why do you need to hook up another positive and ground wire? The positive comes from the positive terminal from your battery and the ground wire can be connected to anything that provides a solid ground. (ie. the body of the car where there is no paint or corrosion).

ya know if you go to a book store they have tons and tons of books on wiring and electronics and automotive stereo set up guides. check it out it can teach you a lot. I was taught in college about automotive electronics and wiring and to this day i still find massive amounts of info in books and magazines.

From the looks of your car it looks like a Caviler. If you got to best buy/Ciruct City just ask for a GM wire harness and pop it onto the speakers and then intot the factory wire harness.
