Help me identify this wire!

First of all, sorry in advance for my english, it's not perfect...

So here is my story... I brought my 1999 Integra to the dealer to get an oil change and when I got my car back, this wire was on the floor, passenger's side... 3 days after getting my car back, my car wouldn't start (the lights were barely on when I turned the key...). I got my battery recharged and it ran fine for 3-4 days, but it went dead after... Like the battery was draining... Now I was wondering if that wire has something to do with it, so I checked above where the wire was on the floor, but I couldn't find anyplace where to put it... But as I was looking for this, I heard the heating system going on even tough the key wasn't in...

So here is a picture of that wire, if anybody could help me finding what it is and where it goes I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

That is a cable associated with the antenna for the radio.

Was it the blower fan that you heard running with the key out ??

You need to take your car back to the dealer and demand that they fix it or pay the bill for a stereo shop to right their wrong. Honestly, sounds to me like someone pulled your radio out for some reason and crossed some wires. I'd be livid if I were in your shoes.
