Hey guys,
Just recently it has become QUITE difficult to turn the wheel while I am parking and or moving slow. While driving at higher speeds I do not have this problem. Any suggestions as to troubleshooting? Should I first check the power steering fluid level? If so where would this be located?
Thanks

I have a 1997 GT. The weather is quite frigid with freezing rain. I've always had my car outside during the winter but I have never encountered this before.

Checking fluid level should always the first step. The power steering reservoir is located on the backside of the engine towards the firewall under the area of the alternator and main tensioner assembly. Also, make sure your cold inflation tire pressure is good.
