charging problem

i have a 93 delta 88....it wont charge the battery when it is running but i took the altinator out to autozone and it tested good so started the car backup and started to pull all the fuses out but still did not help charge the battery....so then i hooked up 2 batteries and it drained both of them and the batteries are still good and the terminals are tight....can anyone help
