This is for a 1970 Monte Carlo weighing 3800lbs with a 496, Pro1 310cc intake chambers, 10.5 comp., 4500 Coan converter, Open intake, 900 C&S Aerosol Billet Carb, 4.10 gear, 28in tire, 2 stages of Nitrous, needs to be somewhat streetable.

Your whole engine /car combo is borderline streetable to begin with, convertor lock till 4,500 on the street, good luck, the cam seems in the ball park for the combo, but for street, I don't think so.

It was built to be borderline. It is a tight Coan 4500 9.5in converter. Most it sees is 20-25 miles. Ever.
