i want to know if a 92 vr4 head well bolt on to a 93 vr4 head and well it run right?? i know that a 91-92 motor is different from a 93.im not to sure if the head is the reason..

Yes a 92 head will bolt onto a 93. The difference is in the rear head. 91-92 use a combo cam and crank sensor that bolts onto the intake cam on the back (passenger side) of the engine.
93+ use seperate cam and crank sensors that bolt onto the front (drivers side) of the engine. The 91-92 heads dont have the boss for the 93+ cam sensor.
You can get around that by getting a 91-92 CAS, then just splicing a few wires.
