ZX2 head on a 93 escort

Im posting this for a friend he has a 93 escort and he wants to know if a zx2 head will fit on his 1.9 bottom end, or if u could u the DOHC head from his generation. Sorry if this is a stupid question but im a honda man and not an associate of ford. lol

Afraid not. The 2 engines are just too different to swap heads.
