Hello all new here to these boards...I have a 2005 Chevy Silverado and have the steering problem also....There is no fix and if you ask Chevy customer service there is not a problem....But since I have had 4 steering shafts and 1 steering box replace along with the shaft lubed and tightened both on different services.....Where am I going with this.....Good news to all of you I would call Chevy customer service and complain cause I did and they gave me an extended warranty....they added 2 years or 24 months.....Good luck to you all who have this problem.....Please respond with your experiences

The does NOT work !!!!! There is no fix that makes it go away forever..... Are you saying the new shaft part #19153614 is not a fix? :screwy: This is strange, because it fixed mine! :iceslolan Sounds like you got the lube and stroke jobs, not a fix.:nono:
