I went out to go to work and my clutch pedal went straight to the floor with no resistance. I added fluid to the reservoir (it was low...empty if just looked in the reservoir)..but when I added fluid & pumped the clutch a few times there was no resistance still & the level in the reservoir didn't drop. Do I need to bleed the system to get air out & fluid in?

You have a leak, either the clutch cylinder, line or clutch pedal cylinder. When you pressed the pedal the first time you introduced air into the line. Subsequent pressing the pedal after adding fluid compressed the air in the line so it didn't go down in level. You need to go under the car and do a looksee for fluid. Get back to us on what you find.

The Small Cylinder At The Clutch Fork Was Shot & Leaking.....replaced & All Is Well.
