changing oil gasket

hey, I'm having trouble getting my oil pan out of a v6 89 dodge caravan. I'm not sure how to get at the 10mm bolt on the oil pan that is directly behin the starter. There is a Bracket in the way That i'm not sure how to get off. Any help would be greatly apreciated.
