'92 Tracker - NOT STARTING- electrical smoke smell

I left my tracker on for about 10 minutes with the heat running while I was in my house. When I came back my tracker was shut off and would not start. I noticed that when I got in my car it smelled like an electrical fire. I think my computer may have fried but I'd like to confirm this and know how to fix it. The car was running perfect before I went in the house.
