Transmission not going into reverse

My tarnsmission is 2 years old. Lately when it's cold it doesn't shift into reverse. The fluid level is ok and the color is ok. What could it be? It's a 1998 1/2 ton 4 speed automatic.

More than likely it will be coming out for a repair.
