How to adjust headlights 00 cvpi

It looks like the headlights on my PI are way too low since it used to have a bunch of weight in the back that is now gone since it has been retired. I can't find any info on this.

Here is a picture of the adjusting screws. It is shown with the plastic cover removed and looking straight down.

Your gonna need a 4mm socket to fit thoses adjusting screws
