Tacoma Emblem on Door - holes or not?

My brother has a 95.5 Tacoma that has an emblem on the drivers door. If he were to take it off would there holes or is it just stuck on with 3M foam tape?

3m Tape. Just make sure he has a good polish as a vehicle that old will have slight discoloration in the paint due to the emblem. A good polish and some time and it will look good as new.
