heating problems

89' jeep wrangler islander 4.2 L 5 Spd
well i ran into the back of some idiot who break checked me and being a jeep couldnt stop in time. it wasnt that bad. his car had no damage and i have a banged up front bumper. well before that accident my heater worked fine. but now it doesnt work at any speed or setting. its cold here in ohio and id like to get it fixed. everything is fine on the heating controls and there is plenty of fluid. (new water pump). i traced on 3 wires heading to the blower motor under the dash, a green, white, and some other color i cant remember. when i took off the two screws that attatched it to the blower housing, it was just 2 small springs on a bracket. could the blower have broke off when i got in the fender bender or am i not looking in the right place.

Did you check to see if the blower motor was getting power? Is the power getting to the switch? Did not check the fuses?

Did you check to see if the blower motor was getting power? Is the power getting to the switch? Did not check the fuses?

yea. the fuses are fine. i got it fixed. the blower wasnt getting power. when i hit the guy it prolly popped off. i had to take the battery tray out to get to it. out of being pissed at that guy, i guess i ripped the resistor or sumthing because it only works on high. but its fine because that is the only one i use anyway. thanks a lot
