Security light help needed

Hi, I have a 97 88 and today was working on some stereo eq under the dash and had started the car several times. When I put the stuff back in place and installed the interior pieces and then tried to start I got the security light and no start.

I disconnected the battery thinking it might reset no help though. I searched this forum and think I need to bypass it if I have to but when I tried to get Roy's bypass Doc. it wasn't there. I only have 1 key. It was left in the ign while I was working on it. Is there a way to reset or clear this. If not is there somewhere I can find the directions I need?

first make sure you didnt accidentally disconnect the small orange wire coming from column under dash. if good check your private messages for a link to bypass from me.
