Yep. It's one piece. :D

As opposed to 2 or 3 piece wheels.

A 2 piece wheel has a center section bolted to a single piece outer rim.

A 3 piece wheel has a center section bolted to two outer rim halves.

Multi-piece wheels tend to be lighter, but also tend to be more likely to bend.

Not to mention more expensive. Also I heard that if they do bend you can just replace the piece that broke and don't have to get a whole now wheel.
