Parking light circuit shorted

I am trying to find this problem on my brothers 2001 camaro, the parking light circuit is a direct short to ground, between the brown wires and the black(grnd) wires there is .05 ohms resistance.
I have pulled out every light on that circuit and looked at the sockets and bulbs, testing the circuit each time i removed a bulb and none of them are shorted. I tested the headlight switch as well
I don't know if this is a common problem with these cars but where should i look next for the possible short, it doesn't look like anything was chewing on the wires at least under the hood i haven't put it on a lift and looked around under the car yet though.
Any help i can get on this would be great. Thanks
