I just filled my tank up today for my 2000 Passport. I added a whole can of Seafoam in the tank as well. Driving home, the CEL light came on. I took it to Autozone and it showed codes P0158, P0174, P0175.
Is it just a coincidence or does Seafoam sometimes make your CEL come on?
P0158 talked about O2 sensor 2 in bank 2 might be defective, or the fuel system is running rich, or high or low fuel pressure.
P0174 and P0175 talked about MAF sensor fault, failed HO2S21, ignition misfire, fuel injector problem, etc
What do you think?

:) I would just erase the codes and see if they came back. If they dont you can be pretty sure it was the additive. And if it did I think I would check the No. 1 sensor on bank 2 first. Well that is the way I would go about it. Andie:)
