auxiliary input...?

my father drives a 99 jetta, i was wondering if the stereos in these cars have auxiliary inputs so that i could hook up a cable for him to plug his ipod into? i figured i would ask here before i go pull the stereo just to find out that it doesn't..

i don't know if these have different stereos for different models, but i know his has the cd changer in the trunk and components up front...thanks in advance for any help
