'03 Safari idles rough

I have an '03 GMC Safari with the 4.3l w/ 36,000 mi. It runs great except after it warms up it idles rough. Any ideas? I was thinking a sensor but with only 36k I'm baffled. No codes have been thrown. I just bought the thing from the original owner who was an 86yr old lady.

Should fall under the factory emission control warranty, ask your local GM dealer.
