1988 olds 98 electrical problem

I have a1988 Olds 98 touring sedan that looses radio, temp and information center settings when the car is turned off. Horn and Radio power antenna also do not work. The Starter was just replaced and this is when this all started. The radio, information center and temp controlls work when the car is running. It can be set and stays set as long as the car is on. The horn and antenna do not work even when the car is on. The battery is only a couple months old.
Wondering what the relationship to replacing the starter has with this. I checked the batter connections and cleaned them even though they were just cleaned . Grounds look clean too.
Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to AF. I'd look for power at the accessory terminal on the ign switch then using a decent wiring diagram trace back from there.
