Durango upgrades - xenons, cpu & cold air intake

Hi all,
Just purchased a 99 Durango (4x4 5.2L) and am wanting to toss some cash into it right from the start.
I'm wondering if there is a "true" xenon upgrade? I'm not talking those (slightly more expensive) blue lights you can buy anywhere, but the real deal. Anyone know of a package out there?
Also, I've seen the chips you can get out there to increase performance, but does anyone know if there's a model that keeps a remote in the cabin, so you can change between preset programs on the fly? I saw this on TV for another vehicle and am wondering if anyone's seen one for the Durangos.
Lastly, would anyone steer me away from the inexpensive cold air intake systems available online and in shops, versus the expensive name brand ones? I just don't have any first hand experience with them.
Thanks for any posts!
Mark

Mark,
Personally I'd leave it stock/as is. My cold air box is pretty good as is. Just keep/change/replace the air cleaner filter when it get dirty and you'll be a happy camper. To use any other will just make the engine more noisey.
For your head lights these fancy xeon lights are just an expense that your pocket book might not handle. Their more brighter for the road but they burn out faster!!!!
Chips for the computer might be OK for your needs. Although I don't have them I much prefer mine as is. It's been well noted that chips will change the engines performance. How often you need economy/power will be up to you.
My firm suggestion would be to switch over to a good synthetic oil for the engine.
