Turbo question

I was wondering if someone could tell me how big the turbo unit itself is on late 80’s/early 90’s 4 cyl. ‘Yota pickups. I’m considering buying a couple of them from a junkyard and building up my own custom twin turbo system for my Ford Explorer.

In the US, the 22RTE (turbo 4) was only available from 86-87. Since there weren't too many imported, they'll be hard to find in a junk yard, and if found they're usually shot. They typically didn't last more than 150k mi unless treated really well.
