91 Stealth wont start

I have a 91 Dodge Stealth RT DOHC. I had a damaged valve so I took the head off to get the valve replaced. To save some money the machine shop told me take the cams and lifters off the head. In the process I think I may have gotten the cams reversed. One for intake and one for exhaust. Thinking I did a great job, I put the engine back together. When I went to start the car it turns over fine. I have spark and fuel. However, there is no combustion. Either I'm totally out of time or the cams are reversed. Is this possible? The marks on the cam sprockets are aligned and the number one piston is on TDC. Please give me some ideas! I probably should of left it to the professionals. Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

Best thing to do is make sure the timing marks are lined up on all 4 cams and the crankshaft sprocket. I get the feeling you're 180* off on the crank.

Not to belabor the subject but lets say the cams were installed on the head incorrectly, would the timing marks align correctly on the cam sprockets and if so would it give the appearance that the timing was off 180 degrees? Thanks.

They would line up just fine, assuming you aligned them, there is no reason they wouldn't
No timing would not be off 180 degrees. Valve timing can't be off 180 degrees, its impossible.
