installation of vortec heads?

yea so im finally going to get around to putting these heads on that ive had forever , i have a couple questions , first of all its a TBI injection so would be ok geting the vortec intake manifold square bore and using a TBI adapter plate since the price on a TBI intake is like 340$
also what about the computer this will be effected by it , anything else that i am over looking i would hate to tear into this project and realise i didnt think it through properly
