Motor mount

I have a 94 cavalier that vibrates the steering wheel and dash when stopped with car in drive, does not vibrate in any other gear.
I have been told that it is the upper motor mount on the passenger side.
I want to replace that mount, can anyone give me any suggestions or a step by step process on how to replace that mount?
It looks pretty simple but I want to make sure I am doing it properly.
I have a manual but it does not show how to replace the mount.
Any suggestions on the best way to support the engine?
Thanks

I also have a question about the right rear motor mount. Should I be able to fit my finger under the bushing?
