95 Tracker turn signal

Turn signal blinks right just fine, left is very flaky only blinking occasionally, Changed the flasher and it appears to work better but is not as bright as the right signal. anybody else had this trouble? If so how did you fix it?

sounds like some kind of ground problem with the wire, i did have the problem had 4 ways but no flashers, i found a broke wire under the hood to them.
