Driver's Side Heated Seat Problem ('03 ZTW)

In my 2003 Focus ZTW the driver's heated seat is no longer working. It was working last spring (the last time I tried it). The light on the switch comes on when you turn it on, but no heat. A coupla' years ago the this problem happened and the dealer fixed it (as it was under warranty). However, now the warranty has expired.

Where should I start looking?

Has there ever been any type of recall for this problem?

I woke up to -8ºC this morning so I'd kinda' like to make things right.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Start lookin' for a blown fuse under the dash or look for a blown fuse in the engine compartment fuse block.

Well, I found the 15 amp fuse in the fuse block under the dash, but I didn't realize there was another fuse for the seat located in the engine compartment.

Are they marked as to which fuse serves which purpose? The fuses under the dash were marked.

The light on the switch comes on when you turn the seat on so I kinda' figured it wasn't a fuse problem, but I'll have a look.
