Been around for a while there is also some baybass valves for the CAI that simulate turbo sounds but not real , sounds fake as hell and the main problem with the muffler inserts is the noise will be cancelled out by exhaust notes and only audible from behind the car..+ ghetto

I know a guy that welded one into one of his teachers cars. Funny thing is he got a ticket because of it! :lol: Silly Wisconsinites.

Which reminds me of an interesting story... I once had this poor white trash kid tell me they don't make turbo kits for his, rusted out, 4 door accord from 1986 because they made them "so damn fast from the factory"... He claimed up and down that it was a special edition RWD and that it would smoke my Talon... Of course this all took place right after him and his buddy got done stealing some windshield washer neons from Autozone and spent several hours wiring them up... I dread kids like him reproducing let alone using these turbo noise makers... :shakehead

I had some guy from advance auto tell me that he had a built motor in his maxima and it put down like 400hp NA. He said he blew it up or something and said he was going to turbo his other car, so we asked his was size turbo he was going to use. He was like uhh im not really sure yet. It was great.

My friend had an escort, we were suppose to be fixing the clutch. We ended up taking it off a dirt ramp... :lol: The front slamed the ground so hard it bent the front end up and you could open the hood. O we also cut the muffler off of it.

When I first got my Cavy I thought it was pretty quick. It sure was considering the fastest I had gone before that was what I could do on my Wal Mart mountain bike. Now I realize that I'm not even capable of speeding up quick enough to pass. :( Talon fixed that for me....

I had some 17" falken Z's in the rear 16's in the front to kinda counter balance the weight id did ok but had no problem slipping around on me even if the humidty was high :/..then the motor blew , sold for 2K. Got an Eclipse...heheh.

Since we're talking about how fast cars are...

My civic is slow as fuck...:(, havent had it over 100, took a while to get there too. from like 40 to 75 it actually accelerates ok.

My eclipse is pretty quick...feels faster than it is...its so violent to drive ...the front end picks way up in the air like the front tires are about to lift off the ground. And it pulls you all over the road from the wicked tourqe steer....whoa.

My best friends got a bad ass 95 z28 Camaro. LT1, built turbo 350, ratchet locker, and bolt ons out the ying yang....and alot of home made stuff...oh yeah ..redneck fabulous. Full interior and everything, runs 12.5 on street tires, maybe a little faster now :)

My other home boys got a 05 or 06ish Pontiac GTO. 6.0L, auto. I/H/E. He only runs like high 14 / high 13 on the track. But thats bastards got some hellacious mid-high range power....fast. We've been 160 in it, scary. Fastest thing I've drove, besides the 95 Camaro.
