Shifter boot

My shifter boot broke. The bottom part just dangles and shit. Should I try to fix it or just rip it off? All I could really do is super glue it, and I don't think it'll hold.

im sure if you bought some fake leather and some sewing supplies you could make your own in short order, just a thought, or you could buy one
