2003 Cavalier Horn Problems

Looking for any assistance resolving a horn problem on my daughters 2003 Cavalier. It recently stopped working when using the steering wheel. The horn and relay seem to work as I can activate using the key fob (both panic and door lock functions activate the horn). When depressing the horn control from the steering wheel - I can't hear the relay click, so is this a switch problem in the steering wheel / or possibly a ground problem? Any experience / suggestions out there most welcome.

Mine is doing the same thing but I can hear the realy clicking. You might just need to replace the relay.
