I've found many aftermarket decals require a load of reference photos to be used, more often than not certain manufacturers don't give you any description of decal locations.
If you look at the first post in the other thread you asked in, I think the photo showing the decal sheet and figure in leathers gives a reasonable approximation of where markings go, I think finding more reference material will be crucial though.
Can you post up a photo of the decal sheet you have - I will see if I can tie it together with any photos I can find if it helps.

Here's the decal set I got...http://www.hiroboy.com/catalog/images/msmd038.jpg
On the right hand side top between the eyes the decal has a curve where the spidey hedgehog sits but is that the top or the bottom of the helmet, plus I can't see the other semi circle pattern to complete arounfd the spidey hedgehog..!!

Looking at the image below, I would say that the decal you're referring to is the bottom back of the helmet:

Ask Renaissance for a decal instruction set, I think that's who MSM copied thier bike decals from, hence the lack of instructions. They don't know where to tell you to put them. Typical copiers.

I could help you out, because I received a instruction sheet with placement numbers on it from msm. I just doŽnt know how to add a file to this reply, if somebody could tell me?

Made a copy of the decal sheet to practice the fit of the web's first, plus didn't know how good they would fit the Rossi Figureine.
I evetually went down the route of cutting off the feet and grafting on a pair of Alpinestars boots from an Airfix Biaggi M1.
The fit doesn't seem too bad although there is a gap on the bottom front of the helmet which will need filling in with extra web's and the shoulders are going to need more webbing to fill in the gaps..
The decals have been put on rough so as to get the outline for painting the red parts...

Just finished painting this figure and started applying the decals....
If I was going to use one word to describe them, it would be....Nasty...
Considering the price they have a very cheap feel to them, and are not individual decals!
Those of you who like me make your own decals will know what I mean, they have been printed and laquered over so when you cut around the decal and soak it you get the clear background as well...very poor and they are really thin and difficult to work with..!!!
very dissapointed at the moment...they look rubbish on the figure, hope they get better once micro sol'd

after much fettling, shrinking and adding many home made webs to fill in the gaps, here's the result.....won't be doing another!
