does anybody make a supercharger system for an '03 silverado 1500 with a 4.3L V6?

You'll find some info in the blazer forums. A llot more 4.3 info over there.
Q: why bother adding a blower when it is easier &cheaper to change to a V8 engine.

You'd still have more than enough room to bag it with a v8 in there
