1985 key lock/ignition switch

I just picked up a rusted out 1985 F-150 4x4 with a plow on it for free. Only thing is it doesnt have a key. I was wondering how to replace or remove the key lock ignition switch. I dont care if i have to use a screwdriver. All i need is a quick fix for this plow beater before the snow comes.
